Hi All…. we are knee-deep in our summer “staycation” this week, so more posts are to follow, but in the meantime I have two quick videos to share with you first.  The first one is a compilation of clips from Sophie’s last ballet class that she took at the community center this summer.  The class was for 4-6 year olds who haven’t taken any ballet before.  I seriously edited the clips down into something short (you’re welcome) and while not exactly sweet, it’s amusing, and I can say that Sophie is following in her mother’s footsteps of being not the most graceful ballerina out there, but that’s ok, since she’s going to be a triathlete instead anyway.  Here it is, without further ado:

And the second video is just one of the kids on their scooters.  We are fortunate to live on a really quiet street so it’s pretty safe (with parental supervision of course!) and fun to play out in front!  Take a look at them go!

well, in an effort to have a nice central location to post all our comings and goings (and in a pre-emptive strike to avoid a crisis when flip video stops allowing me to post videos) I have created a blog!  This might be a bit rough at first whilst I figure out exactly what I am doing and how the thing works in terms of photo and video posting.  Because frankly, let’s be honest here… you don’t really care what I have to say- you just want to see the kids!  I get it… so here goes, I hope!
